You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase any product from VisaPrepDesk.com. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

We provide:

Our products are documentation support tools. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge for the product you have selected. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

Our products are digital goods. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: products are refundable before download within the stated window, and are final once downloaded, subject to the exceptions described in the Refund Policy.

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." As detailed in our Disclaimer, we do not warrant or guarantee any visa approval, interview success, or specific outcome. Visa decisions are made solely by foreign government authorities based on each applicant's individual circumstances and evidence. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Leap Rabbit Merchants and VisaPrepDesk.com to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including but not limited to visa refusals, travel costs, lost opportunities, or any decision made by a foreign government authority — arising from your use of our products.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and to refuse access to our products and services, if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or misuse our products. Where a termination results from your breach of these terms, you are not entitled to a refund.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date below. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
